Google Chrome and Confirmation Boxes2019-06-25 11:04:52

Google Chrome issue

The latest version of Google Chrome (75.0.3770.100) no longer supports our method of loading the next page when confirming that you meant to perform the action. After confirming the action, a blank page is encountered.

This happens, for example, when attempting to unsuspend a user device. The dialogue box appears asking if you are sure. Upon confirming (or canceling) the page just remains blank.

We have worked out why this is happening and will have a fix in place in 6.4.0. Please note that you may use any of the following browsers in the meantime:

  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Opera
